Chevron offers a family of modern engine oils, greases, gear oils, transmission fluids, hydraulic oils and coolants. These products are specifically formulated for use in heavy-duty equipment and vehicles and ensure optimum performance for extended drain intervals. With our excellent thermal stability and durability, preventive essential maintenance is maximized by keeping critical parts clean and free of sludge and deposits.

Delo 400 LE SAE 10W-30 and 15W-40 are specifically formulated for new low emission diesel engines with ULSD (2007 engines and beyond). Recommended for all naturally aspirated and turbocharged four-stroke diesel engines and gasoline engines. Formulated for engines operating under severe service and wide range of climate conditions.

Ursa Super Plus EC 15W-40 is formulated to meet Caterpillar ECF-1 specification while, at the same time, providing excellent performance in EGR and older, non-EGR engines. Provides excellent soot dispersion, wear, and piston deposit control.

Ursa Hydraulic Oil 10W meets all major pump manufacturers’ requirements. Gives excellent protection against rust and corrosion (passes ASTM D 655A distilled water rust test). Contains special foam suppressant, minimizing both foaming and aeration problems.

Chevron 1000 THF has special additives to protect metal surfaces against scuffing and wear even under severe operating conditions. Does the job of a full range of mobile hydraulic systems – means less inventory required, which saves you money.

Drive Train Fluid HD 10, 30, 50 has excellent friction control which prevents clutch slippage and assures quiet, efficient action of transmission and brakes while reducing wear. It is designed for use in transmissions, final drives, and hydraulic systems requiring a fluid meeting Caterpillar TO-4 or Allison C4 requirements.

Delo Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid HD has drain intervals of 500,000 miles or greater (field proven). This fluid has a high viscosity index and low pour point – providing an extremely broad operating temperature range when compared with conventional mineral oil based lubricants.

Chevron Delo Greases EP have extreme pressure high load carrying capacity plus excellent corrosion and wear protection. They also have excellent water resistance, high temperature stability, and low temperature pumpability in on-and-off road applications.

Delo Synthetic Gear Lubricant 75W-90 is a heavy duty, extreme pressure, multigrade automotive gear lubricant. Features: high viscosity index and low pour point, meets requirements for extended drain capabilities, excellent seal compatibility.

Chevron Ultra-Duty Greases EP NLGI 0, 1, 2 Features: high shock load and load-carrying protection, high water resistance and adhesive properties provides a tenacious lubricating film. Somewhat harder to pump than traditional greases, therefore, recommend use of a heavy follower plate with air driven grease pumps.

Starplex 2 is for use in ambient temperatures and is a water resistant, extreme pressure, heavy duty chassis, wheel bearing and general purpose grease.

Caterpillar Fluids for construction
Caterpillar fluids have been developed, formulated, and approved by Caterpillar in order to increase the life and performance of Caterpillar machines and components. The Caterpillar lubricants meet the same high standards as all Genuine Cat Parts. Caterpillar provides a full line of high performance engine oils, hydraulic oils, drive train fluids, gear oils, and coolants. These products are used as the factory fill fluids for all Caterpillar construction and agriculture machines. The fluids are specifically formulated for use in heavy-duty equipment being used in severe duty applications for maximum performance and drain intervals. Caterpillar continues to set the standard for high performance diesel engine oils, transmission fluids, and hydraulic oils. Through extensive field testing and proprietary bench tests Caterpillar sets the standard for the highest quality severe duty lubricants.

Caterpillar Diesel Engine Oil (DEO) 10W-30 and 15W-40
Cat DEO is developed, tested and approved by Caterpillar to meet the same high standards as all Genuine Cat Parts.
Factory-Fill—Used as standard factory-fill for Cat machines.
Increased Engine Life—Resists oxidation and prevents build-up of deposits on pistons and rings.
Longer Intervals—Extends oil drain intervals while providing excellent engine protection and performance when used in conjunction with our S•O•S Services oil analysis program.

Tested Beyond Industry Standards— In addition to the tests required for the ECF-1 classification, Cat DEO undergoes four proprietary multi-cylinder endurance tests, a variety of quality assurance tests and thousands of hours of field service. Only when it has passed all these tests can it be approved by Caterpillar.

Caterpillar Transmission Drive Train Oil (TDTO) 10W, 30, 50
Caterpillar developed the TO-4 specification for powershift transmissions that is the industry wide standard today. Cat TDTO is a balanced formulation TO-4 fluid designed to provide maximum frictional material life in powershift transmissions, eliminate brake chatter in wet brakes, and provide maximum protection in gear sets. Cat TDTO is the preferred lubricant for Cat power shift transmissions, and most final drives and wet brake compartments.

Caterpillar Multi-Season Transmission Drive Train Oil (TDTO-TMS)
Cat TDTO-TMS is a proprietary formulation that was specifically developed, tested and approved by Caterpillar to ensure peak performance in your transmission, wet brakes, hydraulic systems and other compartments where TO-4 and TO-4M specification oils are recommended. Cat TDTO-TMS is a synthetic blend that is ideal to operate in wide temperature ranges while still meeting the same high standards as all Genuine Cat Parts. Longer Component Life—Reduces wear on transmission gears.
Improved Cold-Weather Performance—Improves performance and efficiency of transmissions in cold weather, especially for machines with electronic controls.
Optimum Wear Life—Ensures long life and excellent performance for gears, bearings and friction disc material.

Caterpillar HYDO Advanced 10
Cat HYDO Advanced 10 represents a significant performance breakthrough in hydraulic oil technology. This oil has been developed with an optimized formulation that has been subjected to severe qualification testing in the field and laboratory for thousands of hours. The result is the best product available for Cat machine hydraulic systems. This new oil is a combination of premium additives and specially selected and controlled higher quality base oils designed to provide extended drain intervals and extra protection to hydraulic system components.
6,000 hour extended drain intervals – up to triple the hours of Cat® HYDO 10W when monitored with Caterpillar® S•O•SSM Services oil analysis program-every 500 hours. Reduces owning and operating costs and increases uptime.
Enhances, long lasting anti-wear protection – specially developed additives form a protective layer on the wear surfaces, reducing component wear in high-pressure piston, vane, and gear hydraulic pumps.
Holds water in dispersion – contains emulsifiers specifically designed to disperse water. Cat does not recommend oils that “separate,” “shed,” or “release” water. Separated water drawn through the hydraulic system can damage pumps and other components. If this water freezes, it can cause serious damage.
Backward compatibility – the only hydraulic oil you need to stock for your maintenance operations. Preferred fill for Cat equipment.
Improved filtration properties – special detergent dispersants keep components clean and improve transport of contaminants through the filters. Compatible with Cat Ultra High Efficiency filters.
Improved corrosion protection – protects metal surfaces from rust. Better corrosion protection than most oils in the Cat line-up.
Faster air release – rapid air separation reduces air release time, preventing cavitation. Cat HYDO Advanced 10 air release time of less than 4 minutes is far superior compared to Cat HYDO 10W at 7 – 10 minutes air release time (perASTM D3427 testing).
Wide temperature range protection – maintains consistent wear protection at both cold and hot temperatures. Designed to flow readily at cold temperature start up, and maintains excellent wear protection at operating temperatures.

Caterpillar Extended Life Coolant (ELC)
Cat ELC is developed, tested and approved by Caterpillar to meet the same high standards as all Genuine Cat Parts. Cat ELC also meets the performance requirements of Cummins, Detroit Diesel, International, Mack and Volvo.
Advanced Metal Protection—Incorporates an advanced formula technology with organic acid additive corrosion inhibitors, such as a combination of mono and dicarboxylates for maximum protection of copper, solder, brass, steel, cast iron and aluminum.
