Paul & Fern Yocum Foundation Names Scholarship Recipients

Three scholarships have been awarded by the Paul and Fern Yocum Foundation Scholarship Fund of the Saint Paul Foundation.  The Paul and Fern Yocum Foundation Fund was created as a permanent fund in 1998 to make annual scholarship awards to the children of Yocum Oil Company, Inc. employees.  An independent Advisory Committee reviews applications and makes recommendations based on academic record, leadership, participations in school and community activities, honors, work experience and a statement of educational and career goals.
