Yocum Oil Company, Inc. Named Recipient of 5 Star Award

Four of our Yocum's Market and Yocum Food Mart locations were chosen by Texaco as "5 Star Award Winners".  The criteria was based on their previous "mystery shop" scores on the combination of image and customer service over the past year.  Scores were calculated in with all the Texaco facilitIes, wholesaler operated/supplied, direct dealers of Equilon plus Equilon salary operated facilities.  The scores of our 4 facilities, combined with our 4 dealers who also received the award, ranked in the top 10% throughout all of Equilon's marketing operation.
