Job Description for Tank Wagon Drivers

Nature & Scope

This position involves demonstrating good communication skills with customers and employees.  Yocum Oil Company, Inc. requires all candidates to have Class B Drivers license with air brake, tanker, and Hazmat endorsements, along with a current medical card.  We are seeking an individual with the knowledge of equipment in the transfer of products from bulk system to truck and ultimately to customer facilities.

• Ability to work as a team player and be able to continue that positive environment.
• To provide the customer the products and services they require on a timely basis.
• Perform all tasks willingly.
• Be aware of all State, Federal, and company regulations on safety and delivery information.
• Flexibility of "On-Call" rotation and be available as needed in emergency situations.
• Log all pertinent information at the home office in a neat, detailed manner.
• Plan workload and itinerary for the day in an efficient manner.
